Returns & Refunds

At this time, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of paper goods and stickers, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at beanpaperco@outlook.com with 

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, I will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Bean Paper Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact your local post office for assistance.
